8 weeks prior to departure together with a refundable damage deposit of £100. This damage deposit
will be refunded soon after the completion of the holiday following an inventory and
damage report by the cleaning staff.

 | Within the spacious 3 bedroom accommodation there is an airy lounge/diner, fully-equipped kitchen (microwave/grill, fridge and separate freezer, gas hob and oven), separate shower and WC, one double bedroom and two twin singles. |
| The sofa pulls out to give a double bed in the lounge if needed. Also provided for your enjoyment is a CD/MP3 player. Outside are garden tables and chairs for six people, along with a gazebo for shade. |
| The pool area is impressive, consisting of a large pool 0.7m to 1.6m deep, a paddling pool, a whirly water slide and 4 ‘toboggan’ water chutes. All pools are supervised by qualified lifeguards. Other leisure facilities on site include:
