and plenty of storage space.
There are two bathrooms, one en-suite to the master bedroom and the
second at the other end next to the twin bedrooms. They both have
modern enclosed full size showers with thermostatic control, push
button flush toilets and wash hand basins with hot and cold water,
plenty of open cupboard space and shelving with an electric towel rail
in both.
The kitchen which is fully fitted, is bright and airy. The cooking equipment consists of oven, grill, and 4 burner gas hob. Other useful items Included are toaster, coffee maker etc.
There are ample cupboards containing saucepans and all cooking utensils.
The lounge has vaulted ceiling
with traditional beam throughout whole length of unit.
Electric sockets are English and some French with adapters.
Outside there we have supplied patio furniture for the decking where you can dine al fresco.

As well as curtains, each bedroom has internal blackout blinds to cool the rooms during the day and insect blinds should they be needed.
The spacious and comfortable seating area in the lounge can also be converted into a double bed for extra sleeping if required, providing accommodation for up to 8 people.
The lounge, which adjoins the 6 seat dining area, comfortably seats 8 and has a gas fire for those chillier evenings. It has double doors that open out onto a secure, gated decking area (ideal for smaller children) with overhead canopy, that has a patio table and chairs with a parasol, sun loungers and a BBQ, which are provided for your use.
The Kitchen has fitted units with a free-standing fridge/freezer, gas oven, grill, hob, microwave
and kettle. There is a bathroom with shower and wash basin and a seperate toilet. Outside there
is parking available for one car adjacent to the mobile home.

We provide the quilts and pillows, but please ensure you bring along your own bed linen and towels.
We have also provided a travel cot for your use if required.
A hair dryer is also provided for your convenience!
The mobile home is very well designed and practical with everything provided to make your holiday
a pleasant and enjoyable one.

At the time of booking a deposit of 40% must be paid. Full payment for your holiday must be received
6 weeks prior to departure together with a refundable damage deposit of £100. This damage deposit will
be refunded as soon after the completion of the holiday following an inventory and damage report by the cleaning staff.

If you wish to book your holiday less than 8 weeks prior to departure (subject to availability) the full payment will be required. Upon receipt of full payment a voucher will be sent for the holiday booking along with any final instructions, please check details carefully.
Refunds and Cancellation of Booking - If you cancel your booking you will be required to pay a cancellation charge. This charge will be the 40% deposit if you cancel more than 6 weeks before arrival. Less than 6 weeks before arrival the charge will be a percentage of the total cost of your holiday.
